Some of the methods of training we utilize include; aqua fit, boxing, core training, stretching, sport specific (plyometrics) and cross training resulting in weight loss or weight gain dependant upon individual needs. 

 

We also cater to advanced athletes who need to improve in their respective sports.

Personal Training

 

Planet Ozz recommends individual sessions to customize programmes for your specific needs, though other options include small group rates, which are organized for two to four people. All sessions are between 45 and 60 minutes.

Ten sessions         $650

Thirty sessions      $1800

One session          $50 per person

Ten sessions         $450 per person
